Refund policy

We know that the soap you use is a personal choice, so if you’re not entirely satisfied with your OLEEVY product we will refund the purchase price within 10 days of your delivery date, minus the shipping fee. Purchases that qualify for free shipping will be refunded the purchase price minus a $10.00 service fee.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@oleevy.com. If your return is accepted, you should expect to see the refund in 5 - 7 business days.

Damaged products
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@oleevy.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
